The arrest of Roger Stone, Trump confidant, in full theatrical mode at dawn – SWAT teams, the lot, has raised ire across the USA:

Tweeters were out in force:

# The fact Stone was arrested by a SWAT team with automatic weapons and night-vision goggles for “witness-tampering” is simply ridiculous. [talk show host Bill Mitchell]

# Roger Stones wife is deaf… They felt the need to go into a full blown SWAT Arrest with FBI agents over a guy who isn’t a flight risk, a threat, and who has cooperated the entire time.

The DOJ is out of control and this is sickening. It’s time to Start Over with the DOJ. [Matt Couch]

CNN was asked why it alone had been given the tip-off by Mueller. They smirked, ‘Reporter’s instinct,’ then changed the story:

# How does someone notice “unusual grand jury activity”? WHAT IS “unusual grand jury activity”? [Tim Young]

# Here’s the absurdity of Stone’s arrest: One of the counts against him is failure to turn over some emails and texts. HILLARY DESTROYED EMAILS, PHONES AND TEXTS WHILE UNDER SUBPOENA! NOT ONE CHARGE! ZERO. Filming his arrest was red meat for liberal MSM. [Als1963]

# The @FBI arrest of Roger Stone at dawn, with dozens of helmeted agents, brandishing weapons, was totally unnecessary. Treated him like El Chapo. Political motives clear w/ @CNN tip-off. [Laura Ingraham]

# I guess it’s just a coincidence that Comey’s former assistant Josh Campbell works for CNN and they just happened to have a van at #RogerStone’s house at 6am. [John Cardillo]

# CNN cameras were at the raid of Roger Stone…so FBI obviously tipped off CNN…even if you don’t like Stone, it is curious why Mueller’s office tipped off CNN instead of trying to quietly arrest Stone; quiet arrests are more likely to be safe to the FBI and the person arrested. [Greta van Susteren]

And so it went on.? Stone had a smirk on his face at the whole theatre, he might not be smirking when he’s strapped into that chair and worked over.

I’ve been trying to get through to as many as possible that these people are nasty in the extreme, they can hurt keyboard and advisory warriors, they really do have no compunction – they never did but now they don’t even bother hiding it.

If you oppose the global agenda, this is what you’re going to get.

The unfortunate thing for the Donald is that this happened at the same time as the end of the shutdown.

Stonewall Jackson concluded:

#??As I keep saying, he can keep the government shut for the remainder of his term, the Dems can’t give him a wall, as it cuts their endless flow of voters. Keeping the Gov shut keeps the ball in Dems hands. He’s exposed them during shutdown, now do National emergency or Exec order.

    Here’s the indictment https://www.justice.gov/file/1124706/download.
Trump confidant? In his dreams! He was fired by Trump in Aug 2015. He claimed he was a back-channel to Julian Assange but he wasn’t and lied about it to save face and tried to persuade one of his colleagues at Infowars to perjure himself to cover Stone’s backside. Serves the numpty right that he got found out. He was a plant by DS into the Team Trump and got nowhere.

I learnt recently that the FBI doesn’t tape interviews. They can therefore charge you with lying whenever they want to. This also explains, I suppose, how they got off with murdering that Chechen witness chap whom they were interviewing after the Boston bombing.

I asked myself a while ago whether there was anything that the Left had been right about and I had been wrong. My answer was that the American Left had been right about the FBI. Now that it works for them, of course, they’ve stopped complaining about it.

(Though, mind you, another Federal squad of shoot-’em-up goons got off with murdering heaps of people at Waco, and it was filmed.)

They got off with murdering that Chechen in Orlando because the Orlando DA is every bit as foul and corrupt as the FedPigs, and it was a case of “I’ll scratch your back if you’ll scratch mine.”

      There are no “good cops”.

Or more accurately, the only good cops are dead cops.

They were right about the military-industrial complex. They were right about the CIA. They were right about the police.

And now the left vociferously supports the suppression of freedom under the new state censorship. Left = State today, only the right is calling out for freedom any more.

Just visiting the land of Nod for a few hours, a tale of neighbours in itself, not for now, and all the editing is thrown out.

Essentially, the mood now is that the smart money is on it being a good move of the Donald’s, moving down to those of his base who think he was suckered, down to the lowlifes who know he wasn’t but still say he was, e.g. the Media.

The issue now appears to be Ginsburg. If he goes emergency, it will then go 9th circuit which will rule against him, it then goes SCOTUS and that then becomes the question.

He doesn’t need to worry about 9th and SCOTUS anyway, technically, but he wants to appear to have done it using the various arms of govt., to show faith.

More puzzling is why on earth Romney was allowed the nomination. Why? If the D’s purpose was to show Romney was a swamp rat, not to actually get the wall built … well, he’s already shown that.
